The Crest DMS modular ultrasonic system provides a scalable, configurable platform that can grow and evolve with your cleaning requirements. Its flexible architecture allows you to add or reconfigure wet process stages and design layouts over time, with the option to integrate automation or operate manually as your workflow demands. A wide selection of plug‑and‑play features is available, including integrated filtration, multiple ultrasonic frequencies, automatic fill and drain functions, conductivity monitoring, and more. New process modules such as passivation tanks and vacuum dryers can be incorporated into the line, enabling both cleaning and post‑treatment within a single modular framework. All process tanks are built with rounded interior corners and electropolished surfaces to promote effective cleaning, easy maintenance, and reduced contamination entrapment. Typical ultrasonic tank configurations include: 12″ x 18″ (in inches)tanks equipped with 40 kHz Ultrasonics at 1000 watts of power. 18″ x 26″ (in inches) tanks available with 132 kHz Ultrasonics at 2000 watts. Additional single‑frequency options (25/40/58/132/192 kHz) as well as patented dual‑bonded combinations of these frequencies for advanced process tuning. Optional plate transducer technology featuring magasonic sweep frequencies at 280/360/470/720/1000 kHz for ultra‑fine cleaning applications. Support modules are designed to enhance process control and cleanliness: Pump and filtration units with quick‑connect hoses and available bag or sub‑micron filter housings. All stainless‑steel piping and valves for durability and chemical compatibility. Automatic filling and draining options to streamline operation and reduce manual handling. Detergent metering at wet tank fill points to maintain consistent chemistry. Spray and Air-Knife headers on all rinse modules for effective rinsing and water removal. Monitoring packages for conductivity, resistivity, pH, or Brix, designed for rapid installation and process feedback. Integrated spill detection sensors within cabinets for added safety. Articulating, bottom‑mounted Air-Knife assemblies in dryer modules to optimize drying of complex geometries. Manual spray and blow‑off wands for targeted cleaning and drying where needed.
